Following Subtropical Storm Alberto, Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam is reminding Floridians to prepare for the 2018 hurricane season, which officially begins June 1. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts another above-average hurricane season.
“As Floridians, we understand the threat of hurricane season all too well,” said Commissioner Putnam. “It’s imperative that Floridians have a plan in place to protect their families, homes and businesses this hurricane season.”
